Return and Refund Policy

At Aaron Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange of eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Only Cash on delivery is acceptable.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through COD  5-10 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange based on product availability.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
